SALVATION BAND

The Salvation Band is a set of colored beads and a cord to make a witnessing tool. This can be a very practical tool for presenting the basic gospel message of salvation.

Each knot and bead represents a different condition of a person's life and is used to illustrate God's plan of salvation.

• KNOT - Birth
• BLACK - Sin

• RED - Blood
  
  "But God demonstrated His own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us"    Romans 5:8
  
• WHITE - Cleansing
  
  "That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved."    Romans 10:9
  
  "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."   1 John 1:9
  
• BLUE - Baptism

• GREEN - Christian Growth
  
  "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ"   2 Peter 3:18
  
• GOLD - Citizenship in Heaven
  
  " For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus"   Philippians 3:20
